Otonomy to Present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Health Care Conference

SAN DIEGO, May 10, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Otonomy, Inc. (NASDAQ:OTIC), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative therapeutics for diseases and disorders of the ear, today announced that David A. Weber, Ph.D., president and chief executive officer, will present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2017 Health Care Conference on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. PDT (8:00 p.m. EDT) at the Encore at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.

A fourth program targeting sensorineural hearing loss including age-related hearing loss is in preclinical development. Otonomy’s proprietary formulation technology utilizes a thermosensitive gel and drug microparticles to enable single dose treatment by a physician.
